Colab Platforms Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27

Colab Platforms Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. The window is closed for all promoters, key managerial personnel, directors, authorized/designated persons, and their immediate relatives. A separate intimation regarding the board meeting to approve these results will be provided in due course.
