Colinz Laboratories Board Meeting on July 30, 2026

Colinz Laboratories Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for July 30, 2026. The meeting will inter alia consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the board will discuss and approve the Director's Report, Management Discussion, Corporate Governance Report, CEO's Certification, and other related documents for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The meeting will also take note of the Secretarial Audit Report for FY26, fix dates for Book Closure and Record Date, and recommend the appointment of the Secretarial Auditor and Internal Auditor for FY27. A draft notice for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting will also be approved. The trading window closure for designated persons will end on the second trading day after the board meeting.
