Saffron Capital Advisors Private Limited, acting as the Manager to the Offer, has announced a public open offer for Colinz Laboratories Limited. The offer aims to acquire up to 6,54,966 equity shares, representing 26% of the voting share capital, at a price of ₹54 per share. The total value of the open offer is ₹3,53,68,164. This move is in compliance with SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, and involves Acquirers (Anjana Dugar, Likhitta Dugar, Antariksh Dugar) and a Person Acting in Concert (Padam Dugar), acquiring shares from a Seller (Vijaya Mani). The acquisition is based on a Share Purchase Agreement dated June 18, 2026.
