Comfort Commotrade Ltd has appointed M/s. Pravin Chandak and Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Audit Committee. The company also announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, which showed a profit before tax of ₹229.40 Lacs on a standalone basis. The Board meeting also approved the draft notice for the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 23, 2026. The trading window for securities will reopen on August 16, 2026.
