Comfort Fincap Sets AGM for Sep 21, Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Comfort Fincap Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has fixed September 21, 2026, as the date for the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The board also approved the draft notice for the AGM. In a separate resolution, the board considered and approved the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also appointed M/s. AHSP & Co. LLP as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 and set September 14, 2026, as the record date for dividend and voting eligibility. Shareholders will be asked to approve fundraising via private placement at the AGM.
