Comfort Fincap Sets Sept 14 Record Date for AGM and Final Dividend

Comfort Fincap Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors has fixed Monday, September 14, 2026, as the record date for its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and for determining eligibility to receive the final dividend. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and appointed M/s. AHSP & Co. LLP as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The AGM is scheduled for Monday, September 21, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The trading window will reopen on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
