Comfort Intech Appoints AHSP & Co LLP as Internal Auditors

Comfort Intech Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. AHSP & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Audit Committee. The company also declared its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with a limited review report from statutory auditors M/s. A. R. Sodha & Co. Additionally, the Board set the record date for dividend and AGM voting as September 14, 2026, and scheduled the AGM for September 21, 2026. The appointment of Mr. Sujay S. Gokhale as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer was also approved.
