Competent Automobiles to Approve Q3 Results on Feb 12, 2026; Trading Window Closed

Competent Automobiles Company Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the third quarter ended 31st December 2025. In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s shares by designated persons has been closed from January 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
