Compuage Infocom Ltd has announced the outcomes of its 23rd Committee of Creditors (COC) meeting. The meeting, held on 13th January 2026, concluded the e-voting at 6:30 PM IST on 30th January 2026. The resolutions accepted during the meeting include the appointment of Adv Sunil D’souza for representation before the Hon’ble High Court, Bombay in the matter of Sigma Byte Computers Private Limited & ors, and the approval of settlements proposed by various debtors. The company also approved the closure of legal proceedings against several entities upon full satisfaction of dues.
