Compuage Infocom Ltd Announces Outcomes of 23rd COC Meeting: Settlements, Legal Proceedings Closure, and More Approved

Compuage Infocom Ltd has announced the outcomes of its 23rd Committee of Creditors (COC) meeting. The meeting, held on 13th January 2026, concluded the e-voting at 6:30 PM IST on 30th January 2026. The resolutions accepted during the meeting include the appointment of Adv Sunil D’souza for representation before the Hon’ble High Court, Bombay in the matter of Sigma Byte Computers Private Limited & ors, and the approval of settlements proposed by various debtors. The company also approved the closure of legal proceedings against several entities upon full satisfaction of dues. Furthermore, the COC approved the publication of a Notice calling the Annual General Meeting and the cost thereof for FY 2024-25. The renewal of Fire Insurance Policies for three residential flats and the increment in Property Tax Charges were also approved. The appointment of statutory and tax auditors for FY 2025-26, and the increment in salary of Mr. Santosh B Khule were among the other resolutions passed.
