Compuage Infocom Ltd's 26th AGM Adjourned Due to Lack of Quorum, to be Held Next Week

Compuage Infocom Limited, a company under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, had scheduled its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, 17th March, 2026 at 12:30 pm through VC/OAVM. However, due to lack of quorum, the AGM had to be adjourned. The adjourned AGM will now be held on Tuesday, 24th March, 2026 at 12:30 pm through VC/OAVM.
