Compucom Software Closes Trading Window for Insiders

Compucom Software Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be shut from October 1st, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending September 30th, 2026. This measure is intended to prevent potential insider trading during the period leading up to and immediately following the financial results announcement.
