CAMS KRA Completes Acquisition of KYC Registration Agency from NSE Data & Analytics Limited

Computer Age Management Services Ltd (CAMS) has completed the acquisition of the KYC Registration Agency (KRA) business from NSE DATA & ANALYTICS LIMITED (NSEDAL) through its wholly owned subsidiary, CAMS Investor Services Private Limited (CAMSKRA). This acquisition, which was carried out in accordance with a Business Transfer agreement (BTA), is expected to enhance the base of investor data held by CAMSKRA and result in increased revenues and profitability. CAMSKRA, a second-largest licensed KRA for the capital markets, has been offering an AI-integrated KYC solution for over a decade, featuring AI-assisted Face match, OCR, and Liveliness checks, built-in OVD verification services, and a Low Code Design Studio with Video Interaction App (VIA) in any web or mobile app.
