Computer Age Management Services Ltd Amends MOA

Computer Age Management Services Ltd announced that its shareholders, through a special resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting held on July 7, 2026, have approved an amendment to the company's Memorandum of Association (MOA). The amendments aim to align the MOA with Table A of Schedule I of the Companies Act, 2013, and to harmonize existing MOA and AOA provisions with the Companies Act, 2013, its rules, and other prevailing regulations. Specifically, the changes involve merging 'Other Objects' (Clause 3C) with 'Objects Incidental or Ancillary to the attainment of the Main Objects' (Clause 3B), creating a new Clause 3B for matters furthering the main objects (Clause 3A). This will also involve renumbering of clauses as appropriate.
