Trading Window Closure Announced by Computer Age Management Services Ltd for Connected Persons and Designated Persons

Computer Age Management Services Ltd has announced the closure of the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the company for Connected Persons, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from 01st April 2026 till 48 hours from the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026. The company has also updated the Trading Window closure period in the NDSL portal for restricting trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, will be informed to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
