Computer Point Appoints Ms. Puja Verma as Independent Director

Computer Point Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Puja Verma as an Additional Woman Director (Non-Executive & Independent Category). The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Verma's tenure will be for three consecutive years, from June 22, 2026, to June 21, 2029, subject to shareholder approval. She is pursuing Chartered Accountancy and is an Associate Member of the ICSI. Ms. Verma holds no disqualifications and has no existing shareholding or directorships in other listed entities.
