Concord Drugs Ltd has announced the reconstitution of certain Board Committees to ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements. The Audit Committee and the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee have been revised with immediate effect. The company also announced the completion of Mr. Ramchandra Reddy Kommula's tenure as an Independent Director, who has ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from 14.02.2026.
