Concord Enviro Systems Ltd's wholly owned subsidiary, Rochem Separation Systems (India) Private Limited, has received orders totaling INR 14.25 crores from a leading Solar Photovoltaic (PV) modules manufacturer. The orders are for the supply, installation, and commissioning of advanced water and wastewater treatment systems at a facility in Hyderabad. These orders are expected to strengthen the company's consolidated order book and enhance revenue visibility. The promoter, promoter group, and group companies have no interest in the entity awarding the orders, and these transactions are not related party transactions. The execution is targeted for completion by mid-January 2027.
