
Concord Enviro Systems Infuses Rs.550 Million in Wholly Owned Subsidiary Concord FZE
Concord Enviro Systems Limited, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, announced that its Board of Directors decided to infuse additional capital into its wholly owned subsidiary, Concord FZE, at a meeting held on January 13, 2025. Concord FZE, a manufacturing, assembling, and testing company for water filter plants, is based in Sharjah International Airport Freezone, UAE. The company has shown consistent growth over the past three years, with a turnover of Rs. 1,90,04,97.45 crore, Rs. 93,14,13,713.26 crore, and Rs. 85,77,88,290.18 crore in the financial years 2023-2024, 2022-2023, and 2021-2022, respectively. This infusion of Rs. 550 million is aimed at facilitating the repayment of debts in the subsidiary. The transaction is expected to be completed on or before March 31, 2025.
