Consolidated Construction: Board Re-appoints 2 WTDs, Appoints New MD

Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 28, 2026, approved key management changes. Sri R Sarabeswar was re-appointed as Whole-Time Director and Chairman for a five-year term, effective July 1, 2026. Sri S Sivaramakrishnan was also re-appointed as Whole-Time Director for five years, effective July 1, 2026. Furthermore, Sri S Subramanian was appointed as the Managing Director (CEO - Managing Director) for a five-year term, effective April 28, 2026. All these appointments and re-appointments are contingent on shareholder approval.
