Constronics Infra Board Meeting on Aug 14 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Constronics Infra Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, a trading window closure for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been in effect since July 1, 2026, and will conclude on August 16, 2026, 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
