Constronics Infra Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Constronics Infra Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is effective from October 1st, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the board meeting to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30th, 2026. All designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading during this period, in line with SEBI regulations and the company's code of conduct.
