Constronics Infra Ltd Forays into Solar Power Sector with 21 MW Project in Tamil Nadu

Constronics Infra Ltd has announced its intention to foray into the development of Solar Power Projects, with the projects to be domiciled and implemented in one or more subsidiaries. The company has entered into a term sheet with Shimato Enterprises Private Limited for the development and operation and maintenance of a 21 MW solar power project at Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu. Shimato Enterprises Private Limited, along with its subsidiaries and associates, will be the turnkey contractor responsible for design, supply, installation, and operation and maintenance of the Project including land acquisition.
