Containe Technologies Allots 84.05 Lakh Shares in Rights Issue

Containe Technologies Ltd has announced the allotment of 84,05,000 fully paid-up equity shares at an issue price of ₹1 per share, pursuant to its recently concluded Rights Issue. This allotment, approved by the Board of Directors on September 28, 2026, increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from ₹6,99,40,000 to ₹15,39,90,000. The Rights Issue aimed to raise funds by offering up to 1,39,88,000 equity shares. The Basis of Allotment was finalized in consultation with Cameo Corporate Services Limited and BSE Limited.
