Containe Technologies Approves Rights Issue Materials

Containe Technologies Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved and adopted the Letter of Offer and other necessary issue materials for a proposed Rights Issue. This decision follows a board meeting held on August 20, 2026. The finalized documents will be filed with BSE Limited and SEBI. Eligible equity shareholders, as of the record date of August 21, 2026, will receive these materials in due course for participation in the rights issue.
