Ajit Kumar Panda Appointed CMD of CONCOR

Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) announced that Shri Ajit Kumar Panda has taken over as the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) effective August 1, 2026. He succeeds Shri Sanjay Swarup, who retired on July 31, 2026. Shri Panda's appointment is for a term until August 31, 2028, or until further orders. He brings extensive experience in railway operations, logistics, and infrastructure development, having previously served in key roles at Rail Vikas Nigam Limited and the Ministry of Railways. His prior role at CONCOR as Director (Projects & Services) involved overseeing infrastructure development and new business initiatives.
