CONCOR Sets AGM Date, Final Dividend Record Date, and Book Closure

Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) has announced the details for its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 28, 2026. The company has also set the record date for its final dividend for FY 2025-26 as Friday, August 28, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026, inclusive, for the AGM and dividend payment.
