Contil India Ltd. Approves Q3 and Nine Months Results for FY2025-26, Appoints New Independent Director

Contil India Ltd. held a Board Meeting on 10th February, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The company reported a revenue from operation of 87346.75 lakhs for the quarter and 244656.58 lakhs for the nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Devandh Gopal Barot as an Independent Director for a term of 5 years, subject to shareholder's approval.
