Contil India Ltd Closes Trading Window for Quarter and Nine Months Ending December 2025

Contil India Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for all designated persons as defined under the Company’s Code of Conduct from Thursday, 1% January, 2026. The window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025, by the Board of Directors in an upcoming Board Meeting. The date of the Board Meeting will be communicated in due course.
