Contil India Ltd Closes Trading Window for Quarter and Year Ended March 31, 2026

Contil India Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed for all designated persons as defined under the Company’s Code of Conduct from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026. The window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026 by the Board of Directors in an upcoming Board Meeting. The date of the Board Meeting will be communicated in due course.
