Contil India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company is closed for Directors, Officers, and designated employees of the Company with effect from January 01, 2026, and will continue to remain closed up to 48 hours after declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
