Continental Chemicals Ltd Appoints Mr. Deepak Kumar as Chief Financial Officer

Continental Chemicals Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Deepak Kumar as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in their board meeting on 14th February 2026. Mr. Kumar, who has around 8 years of experience in accounts and finance, will join the company in this capacity of Key Managerial Personnel as per the terms and conditions contained in his appointment letter. He has completed his graduation in commerce from Delhi University and MBA in finance from IGNOU.
