Continental Chemicals Ltd Appoints Mr. Deepak Kumar as Chief Financial Officer

Continental Chemicals Ltd has appointed Mr. Deepak Kumar as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. The appointment was made during the Board meeting held on 14th February, 2026. Mr. Kumar, who has around 8 years of experience in accounts and finance, is a commerce graduate from Delhi University and has an MBA in finance from IGNOU. He is not debarred from holding the office of CFO or Key Managerial Personnel.
