Continental Chemicals Reappoints Sunaina Chibba as Internal Auditor

Continental Chemicals Ltd. has re-appointed Ms. Sunaina Chibba as the Internal Auditor for the year 2026-2027. The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 30, 2026. Ms. Chibba holds a master’s degree in international business economics and has extensive experience in finance. She is the daughter of Mr. Naresh Kumar Chibba, Managing Director, and sister of Mr. Aditya Vikram Chibba, Director of the Company.
