Trading Window Closure for Continental Petroleums Ltd Designated Persons

Continental Petroleums Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and take on record the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 will be intimated separately.
