Continental Securities Plans Gold Loan & Mutual Fund Expansion

Continental Securities Ltd announced plans to expand its existing business activities in the Gold Loan and Mutual Fund segments. The company intends to increase its lending operations in gold loans and further develop its mutual fund business. To support this growth, new branches will be opened in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Additionally, Continental Securities is proposing to raise capital through the issuance of equity shares and/or convertible securities to fund the expansion and strengthen its capital base, subject to regulatory approvals.
