Basant Kumar Kabra Acquires 2.24% Stake in Control Print Ltd

Basantkumar Kabra HUF, a promoter group entity of Control Print Limited (CPL), has dissolved, and its entire shareholding of 3,58,740 equity shares, representing 2.24% of the paid-up capital, has been transferred to Mr. Basant Kumar Kabra. This acquisition is exempted under Regulation 10(1)(g) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The transaction is by way of transmission, succession, and inheritance. Following the transfer, the aggregate shareholding of the promoter and promoter group remains unchanged. Mr. Basant Kumar Kabra's direct shareholding has increased from 9.256% to 11.496%.
