Coral Labs Appoints Aatish Dhatrak as Cost Auditor

Coral Laboratories Ltd has appointed M/s Aatish Dhatrak & Associates as the Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-2027, effective from May 30, 2026. The appointment follows the recommendation of the Audit Committee and approval by the Board of Directors. Aatish Dhatrak & Associates is a partnership firm of Cost Accountants with expertise in cost audit, accounts, audit, risk management, and project management. There are no relationships between the Cost Auditor and any Directors of the company.
