Coral Labs Appoints S K Doshi as Internal Auditor

Coral Laboratories Ltd. has appointed M/s. S K Doshi & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-2027, effective from May 30, 2026. The appointment follows the recommendation of the Audit Committee and approval by the Board of Directors. M/s S K Doshi & Associates was established in 1986 and provides professional services with expertise in internal audit, accounts, audit, taxation, and related services. The internal auditor is not related to any directors of the company.
