Coral Labs Approves ₹2 Per Share Dividend

Coral Laboratories Ltd's board has approved a final dividend of ₹2 per share (20% on face value of ₹10) for the financial year 2025-2026, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, M/s. S K Doshi & Associates, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as Internal Auditor, and M/s Aatish Dhatrak & Associates, Cost Accountants, were appointed as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-2027.
