Coromandel Agro Products & Oils Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q3 2025 Results

Coromandel Agro Products & Oils Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ended 31-12-2025. The closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the quarter financial results for the period ending 31-12-2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the same will be intimated in due course.
