Coromandel International Ltd Approves Setting Up of Technical Mono Ammonium Phosphate Plant and Updates on Senior Management Personnel

Coromandel International Ltd announced at their meeting on September 22, 2025, the approval for setting up a Technical Mono Ammonium Phosphate (TMAP) plant at Visakhapatnam and provided an update on Senior Management Personnel. The Senior Management Personnel update includes the appointment of Mr. Anirban Deb Ray as General Counsel due to organizational changes. Mr. Deb Ray holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Competition law from the University of London and has over 24 years of work experience in CS and Legal. He has worked with several notable companies before joining Coromandel International Ltd.
