Cosmic CRF Board Meeting on Aug 3 to Discuss Share Issue & Migration

Cosmic CRF Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for August 3, 2026. The primary agenda items include considering a further issue of equity shares on a preferential basis (for consideration other than cash) to acquire the remaining 26% stake in its subsidiary, M/s. N.S. Engineering Projects Pvt. Ltd., which would make it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
