Cosmo First Acquires Prolife Speciality Vet Clinic for ₹4.36 Cr Run Rate

Cosmo First Ltd, through its PetCare division Zigly, has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement to acquire Prolife Speciality Vet Clinic LLP in Mumbai via a slump sale. The acquisition includes all assets, liabilities, brand name, goodwill, customer database, and employees of the veterinary clinic, which has been operational since 2000. The current annual run rate of the target entity is ₹4.36 crore. This move aims to accelerate the growth of Zigly's veterinary services. The consideration is cash, to be paid in six installments, with the exact amount kept confidential. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and is expected to be completed within 20 days of the agreement's execution.
