Cosmo First Ltd Acquires Dr. Santa Animal Healthcare to Boost Petcare Division

Cosmo First Ltd has entered into a Business Transfer agreement for the acquisition of veterinary clinic, Dr. Santa Animal Healthcare, based in Bangalore. The acquisition includes all assets, rights, liabilities, brand name, intellectual property rights, social media handles, backend software, employees, third-party suppliers, customer databases, and purchase data. The business generated a revenue of Rs. 2.23 Cr for FY 24-25. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and does not require any governmental or regulatory approvals. The transaction will be completed within 90 days of the agreement and will be done through a lumpsum consideration. The Business has been in operation for more than five years and has shown a steady turnover for the last three years.
