Cosmo First Limited reported its Un-Audited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026. Net Revenue stood at ₹1,388 Crores, a significant increase from ₹919 Crores in Q2 FY26. EBITDA for the quarter was ₹177 Crores, up from ₹128 Crores in the prior year period, with an EBITDA margin of 12.8%. Profit Before Tax (PBT) was ₹98 Crores and Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹99 Crores. The company highlighted growth driven by higher sales volume, specialty sales, improved BOPP film margins, and enhanced performance in the USA film business and other B2B segments. Notable non-repetitive items included a favourable impact of ₹24.8 Crores from a USA subsidiary duty refund and a ₹7 Crores stock loss due to raw material price drops. The company is investing in a high-end chemical-coated film expansion with 16k MT annual capacity in H2 FY27. Specialty Chemical and Rigid Packaging verticals also showed strong topline growth. Consumer businesses Zigly and Cosmo Consumer also scaled up significantly. Net Debt reduced to ₹1,057 Crores.
