Zigly Expands Bengaluru Footprint with Strategic Acquisition of Dr. Santa Animal Healthcare

Zigly, India’s first tech-enabled omni-channel pet care brand, has strategically acquired Dr. Santa Animal Healthcare in Bengaluru. This acquisition transforms Dr. Santa Animal Healthcare into Zigly’s new multi-speciality pet care centre in Whitefield, Bengaluru, reinforcing the company’s commitment to providing specialised and holistic pet care for pet parents across India. The acquisition generated revenues of Rs. 2.23 crores (unaudited) in FY 2024-25 and includes all assets, customer database, employees, and operational infrastructure of Dr. Santa Animal Healthcare. The new full-fledged multi-speciality pet hospital offers 24x7 veterinary care, grooming spa, and a curated selection of pet products. Zigly now operates six centres across Bangalore, including the new Whitefield centre.
