Cospower Engineering Board Approves AGM Date, Director Remuneration Hike

Cospower Engineering Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the date, time, and venue for the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 29, 2026. The Board also approved the calendar of events for the AGM and set the record date for September 22, 2026. Additionally, the company's Board approved revisions to the remuneration of its Whole-time Director, Mr. Oswald Rosario Dsouza, and Managing Director, Mr. Felix Shridhar Kadam, increasing their annual compensation from ₹43.75 Lakhs to ₹66.25 Lakhs, effective from FY 2026-27, subject to shareholder approval. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and the Director's Report were also approved.
