COSYN Ltd Board Approves Un-audited Financial Results for Q1 FY27

COSYN Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 17, 2026, approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The results were prepared under Ind AS and recommended by the Audit Committee. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Aeruva Bhopal Reddy as Executive Director for two years and the issue of a postal ballot notice for the appointment of Mrs. Madhuri Muddana as Non-Executive Independent Director for three years. The statutory auditors, Suryanarayana & Suresh, have issued a limited review report on the financial results.
