COSYN Ltd Board Meeting: AGM on Sep 30, Auditor & CMD Re-appointments

COSYN Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 31, 2026, decided to convene the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Suryanarayana & Suresh as Statutory Auditors for one year and Mr. Ravi Vishnu as Chairman cum Managing Director for five years, subject to member approval at the AGM. The board meeting commenced at 4:30 p.m. and concluded at 5:30 p.m.
