COSYN Ltd Declares Un-audited Financial Results for Q1 FY27

COSYN Ltd announced its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results, prepared under Ind AS, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee. The company also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Aeruva Bhopal Reddy as Executive Director for two years and initiated the process for appointing Mrs. Madhuri Muddana as a Non-Executive Independent Director via postal ballot. The limited review report from statutory auditors Suryanarayana & Suresh was also submitted.
